In collaboration with our friends at Clapton Craft bottle shop, we’re raising a glass to tradition in this delicious take on a classic golden ale.
Shining copper-gold in the glass, our golden ale greets you with a nose of soft, bready malts and floral English hops.
On the palate it delivers a gentle malt backbone to let the hops shine. Traditional Fuggles and Golding hops deliver herbaceous, summertime refreshment supported by our house yeast.
This gloriously traditional style showcases a delicate balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness, resulting in a beer that is approachable yet complex. You can see why this style was so popular with sessionability at the forefront.

Can on 28th January 2025 from Clapton Craft, Kentish Town. Pours a clear, bright golden amber with shallow, non-lacing foam disappearing in under a minute. Tangy fruits and peels in aroma. Creamy dessert fruits in-mouth wand a finish of candied citrus. A very smooth mouthfeel and a light body.

Thin off white head on a clear amber coloured body. Newspaper, malt & nutty aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a clean back. Malt, biscuit, nutty & sweet fruity tastes with lightly hopped bitter finish. Nice drinker.
