Spotty white head on a unclear pale golden coloured body. Lemon, dusty & floral aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a tingle on the back & cloying aft. Bready, malt, earthy, citrus & lemon tastes with a bitter finish. Great Ale.

Bottle. High Peak Beer and Wine Castleton. Light haze on a pale gold. Good firm lasting semi lacing white head. A looker. Nose has crisp mineraly malts. Sweet lemon and lime hop. A little grassy. A little herbal. Has a light custard like creamy thing going on. Smells good. Taste is super clean and pithy bitter. Minimal malt sweetness. Fresh and lively on the palate with brisk fine carbonation. Bitterness keeps coming throughout. Solid pow wow.
