Fra kran på mikrobryggeriet i hyggelig selskap med Håvard. Svart. Middels høyt lysebrunt skum. Utmerket sjokoladearoma. Minner mest om OˋBoy. Myk munnfølelse. OˋBoypreget fortsetter i smaken. Bra - men i søteste laget og lite variasjon.

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 07.12.15. Almost ebony. Small pale brown head. Uninviting aroma of lambic, brett, black malt, sour brett and rotting berries. Similarly sour taste. Infected and undrinkable.

Bottle, thx to Sigmund. It pours a very dark brown body, unclear and with a small, diminishing beige head. The aroma has some notes of bonfire, with roasted malts, some dried fruits and some cold coffee. There’s some sourness in the flavor, not only bonfire-ish sourness, with a little sweetness in the back. Roasted malts, bonfire, coffee and a touch of dark bitter chocolate in the flavor. Medium body, dry, and with a tad too much carbonation. Lasting finish. Not very good this one, feels a bit off, but it’s drinkable. 140829
