Draught @ Double Windsor, Brooklyn (May 2023). The 2021 product. Clear reddish copper with a small frothy beige head, very faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter lightly woodsy caramel malt taste and cherry flavor with alcohol undertones, smooth thin body, long caramel-cherry finish. Quite a complex and satisfying flavor profile.

Shared by Pilsnertest, many thanks! Clear amber with white head. Perfumy and resinous with some raisins, oak and caramel. Taste is also caramel upfront, slightly butterscotch-ey. A bit mellow, but well balanced.
