tap at the Indy brewpub - Served ice cold. Why? I mean, why serve any beer that cold, but especially a craft stout? Anyway, it’s very dark brown with minimal head. It smells of roast malt, coffee, and chocolate. The taste of roast malt and coffee. The sweetness of the malt is well balanced by the coffee and roasty bitterness. That’s about it, but it’s good.
