On tap at the 2010 Indiana Winterfest. Poured black with a bubbly brown head. Aroma had notes of dark grains with notes of coffee and chocolate. Flavor was quite subdued, with the chocolate and coffee notes coming out at the finish. A bit thin on the tongue.

tap at the brewpub - Pours black with a lingering tan head that laces well. It has an aroma of roast malt and coffee. The flavor is big, roasty, chocolate and coffee rich malt and some good bitterness on the backside. It’s full bodied and roast coffee flavors linger on the palate.
