This classic Pilsner is named after our friend Mike Fredrickson who is a very talented artist, songwriter and happens to be the beer loving bass player for Robbie Fulks band. It is brewed with 100% German Pilsner malt, and 3 different German hop varieties.

Sampler at the Livery. Pour is a hazy light gold with aromas of bananas and cloves with a little grass. Flavor is heavy (oddly?) with bananas and cloves up front and in the finish but then things get a little washed out between the front and tail ends.

tap at the brewery (warning - my notes are months old) - Pours hazy yellow with good lacing and a yeasty, bready malt, and flowery hop aroma. The flavor is a well balanced blend of the bready malt and crisp hops. Solid, easy drinking brew.
