500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 5.8%, theoretical IBU 500. Brewed at Randers Bryghus. Cloudy brown colour, yeast floaties in the glass. Moderate white head. Distinct hoppy aroma of pine, spruce and grapefruit. Very bitter (way too bitter) flavour, unbalanced despite some malts and fruit. Nearly undrinkable (I finished it though). Well, I was warned.

Copenhagen Ølfestival 2014. Cloudy amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus and cheese-y old hops. Dry malty flavour with citrus notes and a very bitter finish. 2.8.
At Food Festival Aarhus, new batch. Cleaner aroma, and fresher hops. Still madly bitter, but with some sort of balance. 3.5

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, spices, and exotic fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of lots of hops, grass, lemons, pine needles, on a malty back drop, leading to a very bitter finish.
