The aroma is faint, with some straw, grass, malt and a bit of mineral earth. The taste is mineral earth balanced with the cereal malt and Kolsch yeast, this hit all the notes. The palate is medium to light bodied, a bit watery mouth feel, and a clean mineral finish. Tasty.
