The aroma is bitter tartness of lemon peel, along with maybe a bit of citric. The taste is bright citric, peel bitter tartness, clean flavors sitting atop a nice soft wheat grain base. The palate is light bodied with spritzy carbonation and a clean tart finish. Tasty stuff.
