12 oz goblet draft at Under Pressure Brewing in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The pour is a deep opaque black brown with a small khaki head. The aroma is roasty, toasty and caramel sweet. The taste is roast malt, iodine, soy, caramel sweetness and finishes with a bunch more roast char. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and a sweet soy salt dry mineral finish.
