10 oz draft at Arbeiter Brewing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear yellow golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is perfume floral sweetness, along with a nice gentle hoppiness. The taste is the perfume floral sweet, almost jasmine, then picks up some cereal malt character. Nice balance and blend. The palate is light bodied with soft natural carbonation and the floral grain finish. Fun one, don't get to try this style often.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet grass and a good amount of straw with a hint of hay underlying. Flavor has a bit more grass with a straw backbone and a hint of sweetness in the finish.
