10 oz draft at Arbeiter Brewing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The pour is a clear yellow golden with a small foamy white head. The aroma is grain malt, soft corn, floral, hay all quite fresh. The taste is crisp cereal grain malt with the Kolsch yeast and finishes with grass floral. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and a mineral bone dry finish. Easy drinking, nice one.
