16 oz can purchased as a single at Evil Czech Brewery and Public House in Mishawaka, Indiana. The pour is a clear golden, slight amber with a ½ inch off white head that falls fast. The aroma is cocoa, dark chocolate, malt syrup sweet and the faintest whiff of licorice. The taste is the full caramel, syrup sweet malt, followed by the cocoa and dark chocolate flavors. The chocolate is natural and well integrated. The palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and the sweet finish lingers with the tasty cocoa. Well executed.
