Shaker pint draft at Bolt Brewery - Little Italy in San Diego, California. The pour is an orange yellow haze with a well formed 1 inch off white head. The aroma is bright apricot, orange fruit and peel bitterness, a bit of cereal malt grain present as well. The taste is the citrus fruit and soft bitter balanced nicely with the cereal, softly sweet malt. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and a bit of a watery finish. OK.
