Half liter dimpled stein draft at Evil Czech Brewery and Public House in Mishawaka, Indiana. The pour is a clear amber golden with a small light tan head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is caramel malt and grass spiced hop. The taste is a nice clean balance between the caramel malt and the grass floral finishing with the soft spice hop, and a crisp mineral finish. The palate is medium bodied with a soft natural carbonation and the mineral crisp dry finish. Solid Oktoberfest.
