16 oz can purchased as a single at Burn ‘Em Brewing in Michigan City, Indiana. The pour is a slightly hazed orange golden copper with a one inch foamy egg white head that is lasting. The aroma is bright grapefruit, and grapefruit bitter peel. The taste is a bright grapefruit juice, the bitter peel and a touch of cracker malt. The palate is medium bodied with active natural carbonation and the dry bitter citrus peel finish. This was certainly a grapefruit bomb, fresh and clean.
