Murky light brown colour and small off-white head and lace. Raisiny aroma. Medium-bodied. Toffeish, raisiny with some English hops. Sweet.

Nonic glass cask pour at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas as part of their Cask Ale Festival. The pour is a mostly clear orange golden with a creamy off white head. The aroma is cereal grain malt, some grass and soft sweet fruit. The taste is grass, hay, softly sweet cereal malt, sweet grain and finishes with a leafy hoppiness. Nice meld of flavors. The palate is cask low carbonation, medium bodied, clean malt and grass finish. Super easy drinking and fresh.
