Full pour at BKS Artisan Ales in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a crystal clear yellow golden with a one inch foamy white head. The aroma is crisp Pilsner malt, floral hop and a nice earth mineral. The taste is a nice balance of the component parts of the nose, with pils malt, the floral hop and mineral balanced cleanly and crisply. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the bone dry mineral crisp finish. Crazy drinkable Bohemian Pils.
