Draft at BRGR in Prairie Village, Kansas. This was listed simply as Casual Animal Oktoberfest. The pour is a clear golden with a smaller white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is cracker, toasted malt along with some floral grass. The taste is the toasted Vienna malt, clean and crisp, with some of the floral and apple sweetness. The palate is light to medium bodied active carbonation and a clean finish. Easy drinking Oktoberfest.
