Draft pint at Brew Lab in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is a slightly hazed golden copper with a two inch off white foamy head with splotchy lace left behind. The aroma is bready toast along with a bit of grass. The taste is clean malt, bread, toast and soft cracker with a hint of caramel as it warms. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the toast, soft mineral to the finish. Really well done ESB.
