12 oz goblet draft at Pint & Cork in the Shops at Wailea, Maui, Hawaii. Sounded like this was a special beer Mahalo brewed for Pint & Cork. The pour is a hazed golden yellow, filled to the brim, with a minimal white head. The aroma is a soft sour tart along with some earth and lemon. The taste is lemon citrus tart, round sourness and finishes with a lactic edge. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and the citric lactic finish. Decent.
