Shaker pint draft at Martin City Coast to Coast Pub in Martin City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden copper with a 1/2 inch foamy white head that leaves nice lace. The aroma is Belgian yeast, straw and some honey floral sweetness. The taste is the hay, straw, full malt honey. floral with lingering clean Belgian clove yeast. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the clove yeast finish. Fresh and tasty.
