10 oz draft at BKS Artisan Ales in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden yellow with a well retained foamy one inch white head. The aroma is bright citrus pineapple hop, a touch of earth and faint pine. The taste is round fresh citrus hop, peel bitterness, mango fruit sweet and the mild earth and pine to the back. The palate is medium bodied with natural carbonation and a dry clean mineral finish. Delicious.
