From a pint can. Pours a mostly clear orange straw with an off white head. Aromas are oak and grapes. Flavors are sour with a soft finish.

16 oz can purchased to go at the Sandhills Brewery in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden with a 1/4 inch foamy white head. The aroma is softly sour, citrus and some grass. The taste is a soft natural sour, funky, tart citrus, citrus orange fruit, grass and some fresh oak wood to the back. The palate is medium to light bodied with low carbonation and the funk sour carrying the finish. As it warms, the Foeder funk really takes over.
