Pour is a cloudy blonde with a average white head. Aroma is sweet corn and pale malt. Flavor is more of a sweeter than average malt with some lime and even a bit of coconut. Did not start out so well but it came through in the flavor.

Draft 14 oz mug at Taco Diablo in Evanston, Illinois. The pour is a clear lighter golden yellow with a minimal white head. The aroma is soft sweet malt, a bit of corn, and some earth - fresh nose. The taste is fresh, with corn, cereal grain malt, fresh floral and more corn toward the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with active cleansing carbonation and the corn earth to the dry clean finish. Great Mexican lager.
