8 oz goblet draft at the Mission Farms location of the Martin City Brewing Company Pizza and Tap in Overland Park, Kansas. The pour is clear brown copper with a smallish light tan head. The aroma is a fresh, clean, softly sweet and nutty malt along with some dry grass. The taste is focused on the malt, crisp and clean nutty sweet malt, with grass drying out towards the back and a bit of apple fruit in the finish. The palate is light bodied, soft natural carbonation and the apple to the back. Solid Dunkel.
