The aroma is a slightly burnt toast, nice full roast, along with some pine and mineral earthiness. The taste is bone dry, with the roast and toast, a bit of cereal grain malt in the middle than the dry pine mineral finish. The palate is light bodied, with active carbonation and the crisp dry pine roast and mineral finish. Great Schwarzbier.
