IPA glass draft at Big Trout Brewing in Winter Park, Colorado. The pour is clear golden ruby with a nice one inch white that is lasting, and leaves pretty lace. The aroma is fresh dank and resin hops along with clean cereal grain malt. The taste is super fresh hop flavors, the resin right away, the dank lasting the full flavor and a nice balance to the softly sweet malt. The palate is light to medium bodied, active carbonation and a crisp dry softly bitter finish. Super fresh and tasty beer.
