16 oz can purchased at East Forty Brewing in Blue Springs, Missouri. Beer #2 of a virtual cheese event with Green Dirt Farm, this beer was paired with Ruby Bloomy Rind Blended Milk Cheese. Best By: 07/30/2020 printed on the label. The pour is a clear golden copper with an off white head that lasts nice and leaves behind pretty lace. The aroma is bright fresh hop, cantaloupe, citrus, caramel malt and herbal Belgian yeast. The taste is clean, the herbal Belgian yeast right away, blended with the caramel malt and a bright fruit hop waking up the back. Finish has more of the cantaloupe and a nice round grass floral. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a nice Belgian yeast finish. Quite good, well executed.
