16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a frothy one inch head that is lasting. The aroma is wheat grain, clove, and Hefeweizen yeast. The taste is wheat grain, nice bright citrus, the clove and a nice mineral towards the back. The palate is medium bodied, unfiltered mouth feel and a mineral yeast finish. Nice Hefe.
