16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a slightly hazed orange copper with a foamy 1 ½ inch off white head. The aroma is grass, soft bitterness, a bit of nuttiness and toasted malt. The taste is grass, hay, the nut character and a coarse toast malt flavor carries to the dry softly bitter finish. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and the bitter finish. Really unique hop flavor, fun to try.
