16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a mostly clear golden yellow with a nice foamy 1 inch head. The aroma is sour cherry fruit with some oak, tropical fruit tart and fruit skin. The taste is the tart citrus fruit, softly sweet guava then the oak and finishing with yeast sour tartness. The palate is medium bodied with soft to low carbonation and the tart fruit and yeast finish. Lots going on here, well executed and tasty.
