16 oz can purchased at the brewery in Mission, Kansas to go. The pour is a hazed orange yellow with a one inch pure white foamy head. The aroma is mango guava and dry leather floral Brett character. The taste is bright and immediate Brett sharpness with the tropical fruit flavors and turning back to the leather, clove and floral yeast finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the Brett drying out the back. Nice, interesting flavor combos and unique Brett use.
