Draft half pour at Alma Mader brewing in Kansas City, Missouri. Advertised as “slow pour”. The pour is clear yellow golden with a small white head that leaves behind pretty lace. The aroma is fresh hay, cracker malt and a dry dusty mineral. The taste bright super fresh cracker malt, grass and a clean bright blast of the noble hops. Great flavors of herbal and dry honey as the beer warms. The palate medium to light bodied, an unfiltered mouth feel and a mineral bone dry finish. Right up my alley, lovely beer.
