Draft Willebecher glass at Transport Brewery in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear copper golden with a small light tan head. Nice lace. The aroma is nut, malt cereal grain, floral and a bit of leaf. The taste is clean cereal malt, softly nutty with a bit of malt sweet and finishes dry with floral and earth mineral. The palate is light to medium bodied with active natural carbonation and the crisp finish. Nice take, easy drinking.
