The aroma is clean and natural peach fruit and skin, touch of toasted grain behind that. The taste is the peach fruit, clean and natural, citrus tartness and the then closing with the cereal grain toasted malt. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation and peach fruit in the clean finish. Unfiltered. Nicely executed.
