Bière de Gouttière is a Belgian Saison dry hopped with Crystal and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh. It's a beer to be enjoyed anywhere; bar, table, petting zoo, park bench, gutter, Ryan's house - we don't care. Brewed together with Jon Laffler from Off Colour Brewing this Saison is woody, herbal, citrussy and floral. It's our take on a Belgian table beer - brewed to be enjoyed by all.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Spicy aroma with a lot of phenols and yeast. Sweetish fruity and spicy flavour with a grassy note and notable phenolic yeast. Good saison but not to Ryans usual level

330ml bottle from Ales by Mail
Pours clear yellowish orange with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of fruits, grassy hops, hints of spices, yeast and stingy notes. Taste is stuffy, sweetish and yeasty with some fruits, spices and earthy notes. Finish is carbonated, fruity and floral with some stuffy yeastiness and earthy notes. Slightly unbalanced fruity saison.

330ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with average to huge, firm, foamy, white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma, a vegetable touch, cabbage, white pepper, citrusy hoppy overtones with a lemon touch, some grassy hop as well. Taste is yeasty, peppery spicy, white pepper, grassy hoppy, cautious citrusy hoppy overtones with lemon touch, a vegetable note again.

A lot of foam, hazy and yeasty look. Aroma is truly yeasty. Taste similar but feels actually quite nice. A bit of citrus, apricot, slightly hoppy aftertaste. Light body, well balanced for the low ABV. If not something too interesting then definitely a nicely drinkable beer.

Bottle, 4.4%. Mild citric aroma. Muddy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely citric, also quite yeasty. Hint of smoke?
