A blonde beer packed full of exotic & bold flavours! Brewed with rye malt, and hopped with Sorachi Ace hops, then conditioned with fresh lemongrass & lime.

From London Beer Market and drunk at home. Hazy dark amber lasting beige head. Smells of lemon cheesecake to me. It’s lemony, slightly spicy, some hop. Some biscuit from the hop. Some lemon barley water flavour in the mouth. Bit over the top with the flavours I guess. Spicy rye finish. Just a bit too extreme on the flavours for me. But not unpleasant.

Very hazy gold - amber beer, good white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Little malt cream. Aromatic tangy lemon, slightly bitter. Nice zingy lime streak. Sorachi Ace floral lemon. Finishes dry. A fun flavoursome beer, just a bit on the dry side.
