The aroma is strong old world hops with a nice cracker malt grain and a hint of alcohol, particularly as the beer warms. The taste is the floral herbal hops and cracker malt of the nose and the dry lingering heat finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a mineral dry finish with the floral and heat that lingers.
