Willebecher draft at MadTree 2.0 in Cincinnati, Ohio. The pour is a slight haze very light yellow white with a small white head. Nice splotchy lace on the glass. The aroma is bright fresh lemon citrus hops, along with an herbal yeast and fresh cereal cracker malt. The taste is a nice light, clean Saison cereal malt and herbal backbone, with the bright citrus hoppiness carrying the back. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and the clean finish. Tasty beer.
