The pour is a hazed orange golden with a fizzy one inch white head that falls slow with nice lace. The aroma is fresh hay, soft leaf, a bit of clove yeast, all delicate and nicely balanced. The taste is fresh hay and leaf of the nose, with the clove yeast and citrus juice. The palate is medium bodied, with an unfiltered mouthfeel and naturally low carbonation and yeast and a bit of mineral to the finish. Nicely executed traditional Saison.
