750 ml bottle from thomas15. The pour is mostly clear brown copper, slight ruby with a one inch tan head that falls quickly with noisy carbonation bubbles. The aroma is cherry, sweet soft vanilla, tart, and tannic wood. The taste is big rich black cherry tartness, bit of wood, and soft sweetness of the Rose wine. There is also a pleasant touch of acetic vinegar in the finish. The palate is medium bodied, with low carbonation and the wood, cherry fruit and softly sweet wine finish. Quite tasty.
