Approximately 4 oz taster glass draft at the Stockyards Brewing Co in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a brown golden with not much of an off white head. The aroma is cereal grain, perhaps a hint of earth floral. The taste is the simple clean malt grain, faint sweet floral to the back. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a clean finish.
