Bottle. Close to black color, coffee foam. Aroma: chocolate, caramel, prunes, sweet, whisky. Taste: sweetish, bitter chocolate, coffee, caramel, whisky, prunes, warms, bitter, sweet, strong, not bad.

(Can, 0.473 l, at tiong's tasting, from Uba ja Humal, 20180309) The beer poured deep golden and nd nearly cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and citricness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grapefruit and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter.

Bottle (from Koht). Pours black with light brown head. The head stays. Aroma is roast, chocolate, fruits, malt, burnt notes. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, burnt, malt, fruits, booze. Tap at Pudel, November 9th (still left from tap-takeover a few days earlier). Pours pitch black, just a little foam there on top. Nose has liquorice and some dried dark fruits, plums, figs and dried apricot. Light cocoa and chocolate in the nose. Taste is dense, lots of flavour there. Dark fruits and some cocoa plus some chocolate. Bit of booze, complex and totally enjoyable. Light leather and smoke. For a non-barrel version this is truly amazing, really well done.
