Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Bøllingsø Dubbel ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light hoppy, light yeasy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

DØE. Hazy reddish brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 230514

Draught at KØ14. Citric and herbal maltiness in the aroma. Cloudy brown colour. Roasted and OK grainy flavour.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity yeasty. Sweet, toasted and light phenolic. Bitter, light herbal and toasted malty. Dry and slight phenolic finish.
