On tap. Pours an almost clear, nutty brown with a neatly creamy and lacing off-white head. Malty, caramelly nose. Rich, sweet body with more of the above paired with an odd - for the style - smoky note and a wee underlying tartness, not in an infected way though. Decent. 170426

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and a bit of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw.

[ As Bøllingsø Dubbel ].Unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light hoppy, light yeasy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, bread, nutty, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and light fruity yeasty. Sweet, toasted and light phenolic. Bitter, light herbal and toasted malty. Dry and slight phenolic finish.
