~12 oz Tulip draft at Martin City Brewing Company Pizza & Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The Pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is grass, floral hop soft and some warming alcohol. The taste is the floral hops balanced with a sweet biscuit grain malt and residual alcohol sweetness to the finish. Fruity tropical notes come out as the beer warms. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and a floral resin finish. Bit of alcohol heat in the aftertaste.
