Several glasses from a growler filled 3 hours previously at Martin City Brewing Company Pizza & Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear copper brown with a 1/2 inch well formed off white head. The aroma is resin, almost vanilla soft sweetness and cracker malt. The taste is the resin right away, along with a hint of the sweet which tastes more like toffee, then finishes with cracker and crystal malt. The resin slight herbal lingers. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the dry resin herbal finish. Hoppier amber ale feel to it, which worked.
