A delicate Italian Pilsner. Traditional and modern hops are displayed upon a clean palette of German pilsner malts. The beer was then dry hopped with a combo of German Tettnanger and PNW Vista hops.

10 oz glass draft at the brewery in Portland, Oregon. The pour is a clear golden with a 1/2 inch white head. The aroma is herbal spice hop, along with fresh cracker malt. The taste is herbal, spice, grass hop along with a crisp fresh cracker malt. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and a dry mineral herbal spice floral finish. Tasty, fresh and expressive.
