From a 12 oz. can. Pours a clear mahogany with a quickly dissipating ecru head. Fruity ester aroma with cloves and banana. Slightly astingent mouth feel with moderately sweet caramel flavors.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Martin City Pizza and Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. Batch 15-1 printed on label. The pour is a hazed orange yellow with a foamy 2 inch head that leaves behind pretty coating lace. The aroma is soft young Brett yeast funk along with bright floral citrus, some nectarine fruit and a nice husky earth in the back. The taste is a nice blend of the soft wildness of the Brett yeast, the clean fruit malt and fresh bright citrus hop notes. Overall, great balance, freshness and expression. The palate is medium to light bodied, fine active carbonation, clean dry finish. Super easy drinking. the beer really hit its stride as it warmed. Reminds me a lot of a young Orval, great stuff.
